WeShare CrowdFunding Scam

Update May 31, 2016: WeShare CrowdFunding has been shutdown.

Crowd-source funding is the prefect target for cash gifting scams. Cash gifting is almost always promoted as a way for you to mutually help others. In reality, it is a scam. My subscribers have requested that I take a look into WeShare CrowdFunding.  Here is what I have found.

Here is an example of one of the projects that is promoted through WeShare CrowdFunding:

WeShare CrowdFunding Scam Example Project

You can support an auto pilot network marketing money making tool. Dreams do come true!

In my opinion, what they have actually created is a cash gifting system that helps you make payments to others so you can receive payments. The projects are just a cover for making payments to each other in a pyramid scheme.

You are brought into the scheme for free and then there are increasing payments to participate at the higher levels in the scheme.  These higher payments are required for you to receive money from the recruits of your recruits.

Cash gifting is illegal and in some states you can get up to 7 years of jail time for running one of these scams.

Here is what the ATTORNEY GENERAL Of Michigan has to say about Cash Gifting.

No matter how these schemes are presented, the bottom line is the same for all – cash gifting schemes are illegal….

All 50 states have laws against pyramid schemes.

How does WeShare CrowdFunding make their money?
A. WeShare CrowdFunding participates in the Donation Distribution Formula in much the same way all the participating projects do.

Ask yourself three questions in order to evaluate a dubious money-making opportunity:

• Do you make an “investment” or give money to obtain the right to recruit others to do the same thing?

• When you recruit another person into the program, will you receive money as a result?

• Will the person you recruited make an “investment” or give money to obtain the right to recruit and receive money for getting other people to join?

Cost

It is Free to join.  When you join for free you receive the following:

  • Full Project Creator
  • Private Donations

They HIGHLY recommend you start at the $50 level that includes the First Floor and First Step plus the Accelerator.

The Accelerator is a special $40 donation that you must share first to your qualified referring Project Manager in order to receive from qualified personal Project Managers or their referred Project Managers.

To qualify for the $40 Accelerator you must first share the $40 Accelerator to one previous Project Manager. Once qualified you can receive a $40 Accelerator donation from Project Managers you refer.

Additionally you can receive Accelerator donations from others you invite and they invite that will “pass up to you” for any that are not qualified with the Accelerator.

Managers with small projects and limited contacts will start at the $200 First Floor.

Leaders that do not want to miss any donations and plan on building large projects with serious donations will start at $1160 which covers the first Three Floors.

To make the big money in this scam you are going to need to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars in “donations”.

Compensation Plan

Floor 1

Floor 1 is your 1st step towards freedom.

You make a $200 donation for Floor 1 direct to the person that invited you.

This includes $10 1st Step, $50 2nd Step and $100 3rd Step donations.

The $40 Accelerator is only shared with those that have first shared the $40 donation.

You refer two who do the same and you receive a $200 donation from each. You would then have $400 in your wallet.

Note: The Person on the First Floor below you may or may not be someone you invite.

You make the Floor 1 donation to the person that invited you, not the Person under whom you are placed, if different.

Floor 2

Floor 2 is your 2nd step towards freedom.

You share 50% of a $320 donation 2 Floors above targeting the Primary Recipient, if they are qualified.

Qualified means they have previously shared at that Floor level.

If not qualified the donation will search up to the first Project Manager who is qualified for the Second Floor.

This includes $20 1st Step, $100 2nd Step, and $200 3rd Step donations.

Note: The Parent is the Project Manager who invited the Target or Primary receiving the donation and the Grand Parent is the Project Manager who invited the Parent.

Note: The other 50% of all Target donations are shared 25% to the Parent and 25% to the Grand Parent of the Project Manager targeted as the Primary.

These are known as the Secondary donations.

The Secondary MUST be qualified by having made donations of at least the same level as the Floor and step of the donation being made.

You receive 50% of the $320 donations or $160 from all those who are 2 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two, you easily cover your qualifying donations from the potential four on your second Floor. 4 X $160 = $640 into your wallet in this example.

Note: If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of this donation and you are qualified on the second Floor, you will receive 25% or $80 of each Floor 2 donation.

Floor 3

Floor 3 is your 3rd step towards freedom.

You share 50% ($320) of a $640 donation 3 Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes $40 1st Step, $200 2nd Step, and $400 3rd Step donations.

Note: The other 50% ($320) of the Targeted donation is shared 25% ($160) to the Parent and 25% ($160) to the Grand Parent of the receiving Project Manager if they are qualified to receive donations on the third Floor.

You receive 50% of the $640 donations or $320 from all those who are 3 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two you easily cover your qualifying donations from the potential eight on your third Floor. 8 X $320 = $2560 into your wallet in this example.

Note: If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of this donation and you are qualified on the third Floor, you will receive 25% or $160 of each Floor 3 donation.

Floor 4

Floor 4 is your 4th step towards freedom.

You share 50% ($640) of a $1,280 donation 4 Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes $80 1st Step, $400 2nd Step, and $800 3rd Step donations.

Note: The other 50% ($640) of the Targeted donation is shared 25% ($320) to the Parent and 25% ($320) to the Grand Parent of the receiving Project Manager if they are qualified to receive donations on the fourth Floor.

You receive 50% of the $1,280 donations or $640 from all those who are 4 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process of two who get two you easily cover your qualifying donations from the potential sixteen on your fourth Floor with a surplus. 16 X $640 = Calculate into your wallet.

Note: If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of this donation and you are qualified on the fourth Floor, you will receive 25% or $320 of each Floor 4 donation.

Floor 5

Floor 5 is your 5th step towards freedom.

You share 50% ($1,280) of a $2,560 donation 5 Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes $160 1st Step, $800 2nd Step, and $1,600 3rd Step donations.

Note: The other 50% ($1,280) of the Targeted donation is shared 25% ($640) to the Parent and 25% ($640) to the Grand Parent of the receiving Project Manager if they are qualified to receive donations on the fifth Floor.

You receive 50% of the $2,560 donations or $1,280 from all those who are 5 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus donations. 32 X $1280 = Calculate into your wallet.

Note: If you are the Parent or Grandparent of Primary recipient of this donation and you are qualified on the fifth Floor, you will receive 25% or $640 of each Floor 5 donation.

Floor 6

Floor 6 is your 6th step towards freedom.

You share 50% ($2,560) of a $5,120 donation 6 Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes $320 1st Step, $1,600 2nd Step, and $3,200 3rd Step donations.

Note: The other 50% ($2,560) of the Targeted donation is shared 25% ($1,280) to the Parent and 25% ($1,280) to the Grand Parent of the receiving Project Manager if they are qualified to receive donations on the sixth Floor.

You receive 50% of the $5,120 donations or $2,560 from all those who are 6 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus donations. 64 X $2560 = Calculate into your wallet.

Note: If you are the Parent or Grandparent of the Primary recipient of this donation and you are qualified on the sixth Floor, you will receive 25% or $1,280 of each Floor 6 donation.

Floor 7

Floor 7 is your 7th step towards freedom.

You share 50% ($5,120) of a $10,240 donation 7 Floors above targeting the Primary if they are qualified.

This includes $640 1st Step, $3,200 2nd Step, and $6,400 3rd Step donations.

You receive 50% of the $10,240 donations or $5,120 from all those who are 7 Floors below you if you are qualified.

If you duplicate this process you will continue to receive surplus donations. 128 X $5120 = Calculate into your wallet.

WeShare CrowdFunding Scam Conclusion

In my opinion, the WeShare CrowdFunding scam is a cash gifting scheme acting as a crowdfunding platform. WeShare CrowdFunding is promoted as a way for you to mutually help others. Instead, it is a way to make money from people you recruit into a pyramid scheme. It is free to join, but you will have to “donate” to others to take full advantage of the Donation Distribution Formula. I would avoid the WeShare CrowdFunding money making opportunity.
