ShadowHawk X800 Military Flashlight Scam
Friends and internet neighbors, one of my subscribers brought to my attention a product that they felt they were scammed with. That product was the Shadowhawk X800 flashlight. After looking into the product and the company, here is what I found.
ShadowHawk X800 Scam Claims
With the rise of domestic terrorism and stricter gun laws to contend with, Americans are searching for better ways to protect themselves and their families against crime.
The Shadowhawk X800 Tactical Flashlight is currently the most popular tactical flashlight of choice for most Americans due to it’s powerfully disorienting “strobe mode” that allows the user to flash a blinding strobe light into the attackers eyes, leaving them “disoriented beyond belief.”
Here is how the product is presented:

It is a scam when you go on line and respond to a trial for levela and levitra facial cream only to find out that you are signed up for a monthly delivery. When I called to cancel, I was told then reimburse for only 30 days, although they are sending product more often than monthly. These products do not provide the skin care they promised and cause skin to dry and peel. Please look into this fraud and warn the public. Thank you.

Here is what my subscriber had to say about his experience with the ShadowHawk checkout process:
According to two customer service representatives I spoke to their online system will automatically charge your credit card even before you have hit the submit button. The last guy said they get A LOT of calls from folks who were charged without their knowledge. I even said to the guy don’t you think it’s a bit illegal to be charging folks before they have hit the submit button? He agreed with me.
Here is another report of how ShadowHawk bills you before you complete your order:
I (tried) to order one of the x800 flashlights. As I went through the process, it seemed to indicate that I would be offered to order 5 at a lower price. Further along, (after putting in my CC number and address etc.), it indicated that I could order a lithium battery and charger for about $50.00, otherwise in small type, it stated you will need 3 AAA batteries which only last about three hours! At that point I decided against ordering. As I closed out from the website, it said “Thank You For Your Order” at the price for 5. I immediately sent an email to them to cancel the order and received a reply back almost immediately saying “Your order has already shipped and there is nothing we can do to stop it”. I called my CC bank, but at that point they had not charged my card so the bank could do nothing. I called the Shadowhawk company and a guy named Tony said he would cancel the order. About two weeks later, a box arrived with 5 flashlights in it. No charge to my CC. I emailed them as such saying send me a shipping label for any charges and I would return them. No response & no shipping label. What the heck is wrong with this company???? – source theoutdoornerd.com
Here is what Rob Andrews had to say on YouTube about this product and company:
They are trying to use the lives of all our soldiers that have died to save our country to market this light. They use “military”, “navy seals” and other innuendo to elude that this light is some type of secret military light. This light is no GI, military issued anything. Just some skinny geek throwing the damn cheap Chinese light over his head. Stay away from this type of company, they are just trying to line their pockets from the sacrifices our great military has made for our country. DO NOT BUY.
Here is a video of Corey Lance comparing the ShadowHawk X800 to a $10 flashlight:
It looks like they are selling a $6 flashlight for $38+.
In marketing pictures for the ShadowHawk X800 flashlight it is shown lighting up a mountain side or a whole house. These images are ripped off from a guy who made a homemade 90,000 lumen flashlight.
ShadowHawk X800 Scam Conclusion
In my opinion, Nathan J. Martinez is a serial scammer. His companies have ripped people off with anti-wrinkle cream and is now scamming people out of their money with “military grade” flashlights that are cheap imported flashlights. It has been reported that you can be charged for the product before you complete your order. I would not waste my time and money with the ShadowHawk X800 scam.
