I received the following comment from a OneCoin supporter: "Are you sure that OneCoin is a scam? If a scam then why has the Vietnam government legalize it. You are a turtle living in a well!" To the best of my knowledge, I have never been a turtle living in a well. Also, OneCoin has not been legalized by the Vietnamese Government. A document was being passed around that claimed that OneCoin was legalized in Vietnam.

The Empower Network back in 2013 had a powerful influence on the business opportunity world. Incredible claims were made to get people to join. Over the years it has slowly drifted into obscurity. People came to the reality that few were making money and many of its leaders and promoters moved on to other things. MarketAmerica is being sued for operating an illegal pyramid scheme that targets Chinese immigrants by convincing them they have an incredible opportunity to make money by following Market America's blueprint for success. It looks like Market America is a great way to lose money.
In a lawsuit by Cynthia Dagnall and Michael Dagnall from Texas, Arbonne has been sued for being a pyramid scheme. There are some very powerful statements made in this lawsuit. Many of these companies make you use arbitration if you have a problem with them. Arbonne is no exception. This couple does not care.
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced on May 25, 2017 final judgment against Sanderley Rodrigues de Vasconcelos (Sann Rodrigues) of Davenport, Florida. The Court's order holds Rodrigues liable for over $1.83 million.

My Paying Ads is a paid to click Ponzi advertising scam. The Traffic Monsoon scam has been shut down because they were based in the USA. My Paying Ads is not in the USA so they are free to scam people around the world.
