Easy 1Up Scam? Yes It Is In My Opinion!
Peter Wolfing is back trying to get more people into another cash gifting scam. In my opinion, he is one of the most prolific scammers I have run into. What is amazing to me is that people continue to fall for and promote his almost identical scams. My subscribers have requested I take a look at the Easy 1Up money making opportunity. Here is what I have found.
Easy 1Up Scam Claims
You want to make BIG MONEY and FAST?
It’s as SIMPLE as Black & White!
Learn on demand on any device, from the foundation to the mastery of several multi-million dollar niches and get PAID for it.
We use the Reverse 1 Up comp plan. You make 100% direct payment on the sales. Which means you get your product purchase back on your first sale. You then use the leverage of the pass up on your second sale to accelerate your cash machine. Duplicate that with your team and you all run to the bank.
Easy 1Up Scam Reality
When you go to the Easy 1Up website you find that there is no information on who owns this money making opportunity. After a little digging, I was able to find out that Peter Wolfing is the owner of Easy 1Up. Easy 1Up is nothing new. It is just another version of one of the many scams that Peter Wolfing has created.
Here are a few of the other scams he has created:
Nationalwealthcenter.com
Infinitydownline.com
Infinity100.com
Ultimatecycler.com
Turbocycler.com
Paymeforward.com
Handofheaven.com
He uses a company called Multiplex Systems as the holding company for his money making scams.
Peter Wolfing at one of his events explained how Easy 1Up was designed as a feeder program for the National Wealth Center. One of his other scams that he runs.
Here is how the scam works:
You buy into the money making opportunity at the following levels: $25, $100, $250, $500, $1,000.
If you join at a higher product package, all the lower ones are included and qualified.
You can now get others to buy in at that level or below.
They make a payment directly to you with a 10% admin fee going to the company.
You keep your first sale and person. You give away your second sale and person to your sponsor.
When you recruit a new member, that new member owes you their second sale and person.
In my opinion, Easy 1Up is a pure and simple cash gifting pyramid scheme where you make direct payments with the intention of gaining the privilege to do the same.
No matter how these schemes are presented, the bottom line is the same for all – cash gifting schemes are illegal…. – Source Bill Schuette Attorney General
All 50 states have laws against pyramid schemes.
You may be asking why they have not been shutdown. Easy 1Up offers low value content to provide the cover for the cash gifting pyramid scheme.
The problems with 1-up compensation plans.
The only programs still offering the 1-Up, or any such variation, are relatively recent start ups or blatant money games.
The Aussie 1-Up. Or 2-up, or 3-Up, or any variation of ups. There’s no way to fix this unredeemable, corrupt and historically failed system of compensation, so any variation of it should be avoided.
So with virtually a 100% long term failure rate throughout MLM history, why has the 2-Up refused to die? In fact, it seems to be experiencing a mild resurgence of late. The reason is twofold:
- It actually rolls up tons of cash to the company;
- It appears to roll up tons of cash to the distributor – on paper.
The 2-Up looks so good on paper because you only see what you get paid on the first level, but they never tell you that this percentage takes a precipitous plunge starting on the next level. You see the number of people you are paid on doubling upward, but are never shown the massive proliferation of sales you are paid nothing on that you would have otherwise been paid on in every other type of plan. – Source Marketwaveinc.com
Legitimate programs are driven by the sales of products and services, not by recruitment of new people. – Source Mlmlaw.com

Easy 1Up Scam Conclusion
In my opinion, I would avoid another one of Peter Wolfing’s money making scams. Each person who profits in Easy 1Up does so primarily from the payments of others who are themselves making payments in order to obtain their own profit. It is the gifting opportunity itself that participants are marketed and sold on, rather than commissions generated via the sale of products to non-participant end-users. The “products” Easy 1Up offers are just a bonus for participating in the cash gifting scam.
Any one heard of quick cash system or bit coin loophole. what a load of rubbish! why don’t these con men get real jobs?

Ethan,
You think everything is a scam.
I think you are scamming people by attracting people through your “scam” pages when your pages are nothing but eye candy to attract people and get them to click on all the ads all over your pages.
It’s not possible to scam people if the member gets paid directly for the sale of the products. They get their product purchase back on the very first referral. No one is out to scam alone let alone me. I have always built systems with the “members first” rule and how I could impact the most people and network marketing is that vehicle. I am proud to get daily testimonials from the hundreds of thousands of members of my system that have had their life changed.
The design of easy1up is nothing more than an affiliate program like clickbank and JVZoo except it has a bonus leverage aspect that one sale rolls up to the trainer. It’s not rocket science. JVZoo and Clickbank affiliates sell digital products all the time and get 50%-90% commission. Yet they are not a scam. Easy1Up and my other programs do the same thing yet you call them a scam. They just reward people for bringing in JV partners as in the affiliate vernacular where traditional affiliates programs do not.
Let’s see if you have the guts to leave my post up or take it down like you normally do.

Your scam is nothing like a real affiliate program. Each person who profits in Easy 1Up does so primarily from the payments of others who are themselves making payments in order to obtain their own profit. Real affiliate programs make money by selling valuable products to customers. Clickbank does not require you to purchase the product first to make your commission. You can also get a refund. Stop ripping people off with your Cash Gifting scams Peter. The SEC or FTC is going to catch up with you one of these days.
People in this program do not profit on their first or second sale. Stop trying to deceptively make people think that they do. It would seem that it is Peter first when it comes to profiting from this program because you make money on every sale.

Peter…you would not be crying on here IF your program wasn’t a scam, would you?
