Big Profit System Scam

One of the foundations of old school money making scams is cash gifting and postcards. You send out postcards with incredible offers and get people to give you their money for the opportunity to send out postcards just like you. This system has been run countless times.  My subscribers have requested that I take a look into the Big Profit System.  Here is what I have found.

Big Profit System Scam Reality

The person behind the Big Profit System is William “Bill” Foley. The Big Profit System started out in 2014 as a way to market the Empower Network scam.

Then in 2015 it became its own money making scheme.

Due to recent changes made to the comp plan by Empower network – Big Profit System is not accepting
new customers at this time
we will be back in late Oct 2014 with a brand new
money making system which will pay $500

directly to you.. no waiting , no hold backs..

ON AUTO PLIOT..!!!!

Some of the other money making websites registered by William “Bill” Foley are:

getweeklypaychecks.com
postcardcashmachine.com
massiveincomesecret.com
instantincomeblueprint.com
highticketuniversity.com
wemakeyoursales.com

He has used a couple of different marketing company names for his projects like:

Legacy Marketing Systems Inc.
Ocean Breeze Marketing

In my opinion, the Big Profit System is a very straightforward money making scam.

Your goal is to get people to join the Big Profit System just like you did.

They have 5 levels for you to join at:

  1. $1,000
  2. $3,000
  3. $6,000
  4. $12,000
  5. $20,000

There is a $280 affiliate fee for every level.

Every BPS Level pays a 50% commission. Let me give you an example. You Join at level 3. This level allows you to qualify for up to $3,000 on any sale made. When your prospect joins at level 1, you’ll get $500. When they join at level 2, you’ll get $1,500. When they join at level 3 you’ll get $3,000.

But, when they join at the higher levels the portion of the commission you are not qualified for, rolls up to the next member at that commission level. If they join at level 4, you get your $3,000 but the additional $3,000 rolls up to the next qualified member. And when your prospect joins at level 5, you would miss out on $7,000 of commissions.

To receive your full 50% commission on each level you need to purchase each level. They do offer specials that will allow you to purchase at a lower level and automatically be bumped to a higher level.

Then they encourage you to spend thousands on postcards and text messages to recruit people into this scam.

The scam works like this:

You spend a minimum of $1,280 and then spend more money on leads, postcards, and other marketing to try and earn enough commissions to pay for your original investment.  It takes three people recruited for you to make back your original investment and maybe make a little profit.

Your payment of the level fee is split into cash payments that are mailed to the company and mailed to the people involved in the cash gifting scheme. The Big Profit System receives an “affiliate fee” for facilitating these cash payments.

Here is a video showing how these payments arrive at your house:

Each person who joins is put in the position of needing to recruit and each person that they get to join is put in the position of needing to recruit.

In my opinion, the Big Profit System is a cash gifting pyramid scheme. The selling of products to customers outside of the money making scheme is clearly not the focus of the Big Profit System.

Here is a complaint about the Big Profit System that sums up the problems with this scam:

I joined BPS on a seasoned marketeers insistence on BPS being a fully automated done -for -you biz and invested $ 3280 plus spent money on domain name etc on transferring the money also cost me a good amount but I have not earned anything at all ..It requires marketing ..although it is all automated ..they have provided all the tools and text messages ,Postcards etc are sent by them on your behalf but again …it costs you a packet and still there is no surety that you will get prospects … feeling sad losing my hard earned money like this !! :(( I only wish to get my principal amount back . But no hope !!

Big Profit System Scam Conclusion

In my opinion, the Big Profit System continues the long tradition of cash gifting scams.  The person behind the Big Profit System is William “Bill” Foley. The Big Profit System started out in 2014 as a way to market the Empower Network scam. Then in 2015 it became its own money making scheme. You spend a minimum of $1,280 and then spend more money on leads, postcards, and other marketing to try and earn enough commissions to pay for your original investment. Your payment of the level fee is split into cash payments that are mailed to the company and mailed to the people involved in the cash gifting scheme. I would avoid the Big Profit System cash gifting pyramid scam.
