The Plague Of Fake Scam Busting And Review Sites
When I first became a Scam Buster many years ago, one of my goals was to counter the plague of fake scam reports that were created on YouTube to sell money making opportunities. These fake reports had a very simple design. Talk about the money making opportunity and then tell you that it is not a scam. Next sell you the money making opportunity or a method to get leads for the money making opportunity. Some of these fake scam reports would even try to sell you another money making opportunity.
Today, when you search on Google for legitimate scam reports on money making opportunities, you are inundated by a huge amount of fake reports that are actually trying to sell you some other money making program. These fake reports are not trying to protect you from a scam and many times they tell you that a clear scam is not a scam at all. They are just trying to sell you another money making opportunity.
There is nothing wrong with having ads on your website or in your reports. You have to make money to keep your website running. Every national for profit news site has ads.
What makes reviews and scam reports fake is that their real purpose is to sell you another product. Negative fake reviews and scam reports are written to persuade you not to take action on the product being reviewed. They are written to damage one company’s reputation and then recommend a different product from a competitor. Fake reviews can also be positive or neutral.
As a Scam Buster or Reviewer you should avoid the clear conflict of interest of bashing one company to get someone into another company. Your focus should be providing your readers with information to make an informed decision about the opportunity or product they came to your website to read about.
Here are some of the typical titles of these fake reviews:

Another common practice of these websites is they will take the facts that actual Scam Buster websites spend their time researching and they will just copy it and then add their sales pitch for another money making opportunity to it. They spend little or no time verifying facts and they offer almost no additional information.
Legitimate scam reports and reviews should provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about an opportunity or product and not be a lead into a sales pitch for another money making opportunity. Avoid these fake review and scam busting sites. They are not helping but pick pocketing peoples wallets. There are many ways to make money online. Try to find the method that best matches your skill set and personality. There is no single best way to do it.
