Hi Ethan, thank you for doing this scam buster for all of us simple human out there, everyday hard earned money is being scam by groups of people with bad intentions from the very beginning!
Recently years a MLM group named Premier Financial Group (PFA) has been risen rapidly in major cities across the nation, and numerous family and friends of mine had been involved with their time and money yet without any return not responds.
They had filed complaints to Departments of Insurance but no responds as well.
Please help to investigate PFA and hopefully we can have a resolution, and let more folks know about their scam!

I’m curious to hear your thoughts on Trunited. It reminds me a lot of Lyoness.
Created by Nicolas Porter who is based in Arizona; he recently trademarked the term, “Socialized Commerce” which is essentially pyramid scheme. People pay a monthly membership to earn percentage points on their purchases through the site. Members gain points when their referrals make purchases, but only when they’ve spent as much or more as the referral spent. These points are stored in a “Truwallet”, and you must pay to cash out.

Hello Ethan. I notice neither doTerra or Young Living is on your Scam list. Both MLMs, both selling over priced essential oils through distributors aka Consultants. Whether you believe in the benefits of essential oils or you do not isn’t the issue here. My concern as a four year trained nutritionist and aromatherapist is that anyone with the cash to sign up to these MLMs with their dubious health claims can dispense potent oils without any training. A one day workshop and a book on essential oils and their benefits doesnt give you the qualifications necessary to know which oil someone should buy from you, just as Google or a book on medicine doesn’t make you a Doctor. By all means be a doTerra consultant for your own use, but don’t presume to have knowledge to determine what is right for someone else and expect a payment for this when you are not qualified to to do so. I would like your views Ethan on both of these companies. Regards

Ethan, I so much appreciate the bus. opportunity scam service that you offer. I was wondering if you’ve had a chance to evaluate R2B International (supposedly 21,000+ members) which is an mlm company registered in Singapore with its operation headquarters in France, and soon to be new offices in London and Los Angeles. The company has a conference call every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 Central Time. (641) 715-0867 Access Code 452346#. R2B is a Rent-to-Buy program that allows paid subscribers anywhere in the world to accumulate referral commissions on a $28 monthly seven level pay plan, and the company withholds 50% of funds until the customer is qualified to rent a home, vehicle, boat, or airplane for which R2B will purchase the home or boat, etc. with no credit check, no down payment, and with no interested added to the mortgage or loan.
R2B also has an arrangement with an ad agency, whereby customers can purchase ad packages ranging from $100 on up to $50,000, plus receive free company crypto coins (based upon the customer’s advertisement investment) that are supposed to be listed on crypto exchanges sometime in August. Currently, R2B has no bios on the principles of the company, and currently, R2B is taking the position that its crypto coins do not have toe be registered in the U.S. or Canada because the coins are given away as a reward for becoming a subscription subscriber and an advertising investor. I might add that the State of Texas Securities Board issued a Cease and Desist Order on what is believed to be the same principles who were operating a non-compliant company headquartered in Hong Kong – which I believe was called Asian Coin. Ethan, if you could look into this it would be greatly appreciated.

Ethan, did you know Nerium International set up a holding company in Switzerland? Will allow JO and family to move all assets, royalties, patents and trademarks outside the US litigation for protection. Each country market HQ was also spun-off as independent companies in that country to further isolate. Revenue will continue to flow to Nerium International Switzerland GmbH , Basel, CHE-236.594.207 05/16/2017 thru transfer pricing. This is unfortunately legal and public record.
